Berufsberatung im Erwerbsleben (career counseling in working life) supports people throughout their entire professional career. Whether it's a career change, further training or career planning - we help with orientation and find suitable solutions together.

The PQZ Hessen supports Hessian employers from the care and health sector as well as international care and health professionals. Together with the receiving teams it offers support from recruitment, employment and recognition of the profession to successful integration into the company and society.

The FrankfurtRheinMain International Office as central point of contact and its information portal provide initial advice to skilled workers from abroad on living and working in the region. The team refers to suitable contacts and services and provides support on first contact.

The IQ project ‘FraBer - Frankfurt advice centre for recognition and qualification’ by beramí e.V. offers Frankfurt residents free, competent and individual advice on the recognition of their foreign professional and academic qualifications as well as on suitable qualifications and/or alternatives.

The IQ Recognition and Qualification Counselling of involas offers free counselling for people who have obtained a vocational qualification or academic degree abroad and assits with questions regarding recognition, finding qualification programmes or exploring other alternatives.

QualiFi is aimed at skilled workers with professional qualifications acquired abroad and people without professional qualifications but with extensive practical experience. They are supported with the goal of achieving full recognition and finding employment that matches their qualifications.

The bridging programme enables immigrants with previous vocational knowledge to take up work in environmentally relevant skilled trades and STEM professions in line with their education. Skills assessments, workshops, coaching and internships are used to expand skills in order to fulfil professional requirements.

Bridge to Office 4.0 is a qualification programme for international skilled workers with commercial/economic qualifications or qualifications in administration. The aim of the qualification is to provide sustainable support for skilled workers entering a qualified position in the office sector.

The IQ Qualification Coaching in Nursing assists nursing professionals from abroad in obtaining recognition of their foreign qualifications in Hesse. Through personalized support, it helps prevent dropouts during the recognition process and facilitates the successful completion of adaptation training.

Prepares immigrants for the workplace 4.0. It enhances problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork through training, coaching, and mentoring. The program is free and online, with a certificate included. Registration is open at any time.

The program supports an entry into pedagogical work as a professional in a daycare center or as a school aide by providing theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in early childhood education and the inclusion of children and adolescents with disabilities.

Counselling, support, and qualification services for international educational professionals with university or vocational degrees. This program is designed for those who need to achieve full equivalence, those seeking further qualifications, or those without recognition prospects who wish to work in educational fields.

The coordination team manages the Regional Integration Network both in terms of content and administration. It connects the operational partners and their services with each other and with other regular services. Additionally, it fulfills representative and strategic tasks at state level, as well as press and public relations work.
